He holds experience and enthusiasm in managing clinical conditions in all specialities of Ayurveda – such as Pancha Karma therapy, musculo skeletal diseases and neurological ailments, paediatrics, skin and allergy clinics, mental disorders ect. with help of external Ayurvedic therapeutic procedures, Ayurvedic supplements & dietetics.He’s been working for AVP since 2010. For 3 years he participates in AVP Baltics with various activities of clinical services , research and academical activities in Latvia, Slovenia, Luxembourg and Turkey.

Dr. Somit Kumar, is Director of AVP Research foundation; Interdisciplinary Research at The Arya Vaidya Chikitsalayam and Research institute, Coimbatore, India. He has completed his Post Graduate Degree in Ayurvedic Pharmacology and specializes in clinical Rheumatology and also pursuing his doctorial research in Standardization of Anti Diabetic formulation at University of Latvia. He has been part of NIH studies on Efficacy of Ayurveda in Rheumatoid Arthritis and Currently working a co investigator in a study to evaluate the efficacy of customized Ayurvedic treatment in Type 2 diabetes and genetic disorder like Duchene Muscular Dystrophy.

Dr. Aramya A R graduated from Chennai, Tamilnadu was trained under Dr. Jayakrishnan, a veteran Ayurveda Physician. With three years of clinical experience she joined the research team under Dr. Ram Manohar at AVP. She has been involved in both pharmaceutical and clinical research. With 11 years of general practice and and has been specialising in management of Musculoskeletal Diseases. She has had rare previllage of being in the research team studying knee pain under the guidance of Dr. Daniel Furst and Dr. Ram Manohar.

Graduated from one of the oldest colleges in the state PNNM Ayurveda Medical College, Palakkad, Kerala. Joined Arya Vaidya Chikitsalayam and Research Institute, Coimbatore, the Clinical wing under the guidance of Dr. K G Raveendran for three years. She joined for Post graduation in Basic Principles of Ayurveda. Her specialization include Manuscriptology and her Dissertation was on Critical analysis of Sivadasa sen commentary of Charaka Samhitha. She has equally been a part of all the academic activities AVP group of institutions has undertaken. Currently working as Research Associate in AVP Research Foundation.
